1994–1997 Cold Air Intake Upgrade Kit

High-quality cold-air intake upgrade for all 1994–1997 NA FFS kits. The preassembled air box fits behind the driver-side headlight and draws from the fender area and air paths beneath the headlight while shielding the filter from radiator heat.

Air Box

• Heavy-duty sheet-metal and CNC construction

• Air-box mounting bolts are concealed beneath the lid for a clean appearance

Intake Path

• Custom FFS four-ply molded silicone engineered for an exact fit
• 3.1-inch-ID rear silicone bend sized for the FFS 75mm high-flow throttle body; easier to install than a standard 3.0-inch bend
• Custom aluminum hard pipe routed beneath the supercharger
• Fresh-air port for the idle valve
• Largest K&N air filter that fits the available space, with enough airflow to support more than 300 whp

The under-supercharger routing eliminates the hose over the valve cover and keeps it away from engine and exhaust heat. It also preserves clearance around the oil filter and alternator for service.

EGR fitment: Systems with the earlier horizontal EGR bracket also need the EGR Bracket Upgrade Kit to retain EGR operation. The upgrade bracket relocates the EGR valve and leaves room for the intake pipe beneath the supercharger.
