FFS One-Year Limited Warranty

Who provides this warranty

This limited warranty is provided by Knack Toys LLC, doing business as Fast Forward Superchargers (FFS).

Warranty period and eligible purchaser

FFS warrants its supercharger kits and other FFS parts to the original purchaser for one year beginning on the date of delivery. Proof of purchase, such as an FFS order number or receipt, is required. Kit serial numbers may also be used to identify the order and build record.

What is covered

This warranty covers defects in FFS-supplied materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use within the warranty period.

Professional installation is recommended but is not required to maintain warranty coverage. The product must be installed and used correctly in accordance with the applicable FFS instructions.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover a failure or damage to the extent it was caused by:

  • Improper installation, loose or incorrectly tightened fasteners, incorrect adjustment, or failure to follow the applicable instructions.
  • Abuse, misuse, racing damage, impact, dropping, modification, neglect, or use outside the product's intended operating conditions.
  • A vehicle, engine, or component condition unrelated to an FFS defect, including damage caused by excessive oil consumption, a failed spark plug, or another vehicle-system failure.
  • Normal wear, routine maintenance, or cosmetic deterioration that does not affect function.

Labor, removal or reinstallation expense, towing, vehicle downtime, loss of use, and incidental or consequential costs are not covered to the extent permitted by applicable law.

How to make a claim

Email pat@fastforwardsuperchargers.com with your name, order number or receipt, kit serial number if applicable, a description of the problem, and relevant photographs or video. FFS may request troubleshooting information before authorizing a return.

Do not send a part without authorization. If a return is required, FFS will provide instructions and the return address.

Inspection, shipping, and remedy

FFS normally must receive and inspect the allegedly defective part before sending a no-charge replacement. The customer initially pays for tracked standard return shipping because warranty coverage often cannot be confirmed until inspection.

If inspection confirms a covered defect, FFS will reimburse reasonable authorized standard return shipping and pay standard outbound shipping for the repaired or replacement part. If no covered defect is found, or the failure is excluded, the customer remains responsible for shipping charges.

For a covered claim, FFS will choose to repair or replace the defective FFS part. Replacement is the usual remedy; repair may be used when appropriate. Refunds are available only as required by applicable law or under the separate Returns & Refunds policy.

At FFS's written discretion, a customer who needs an urgent replacement may purchase an advance replacement at full value. If the original part is returned as authorized and inspection confirms a covered defect, FFS will refund the advance-replacement charge and reasonable authorized standard return shipping.

State-law rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow certain limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you.
