Returns and refunds

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in new condition.

All returns require prior authorization from Fast Forward Superchargers (FFS). Email pat@fastforwardsuperchargers.com before shipping anything back. If the return is approved, FFS will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Customer-choice returns

For an eligible return requested because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the item:

• A 10% restocking fee applies, capped at $350 per order.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked and adequately insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by FFS.

FFS errors and covered defects

The restocking fee does not apply when FFS shipped the wrong item or inspection confirms a defect covered by the FFS One-Year Limited Warranty.

When FFS shipped the wrong item, FFS will provide or reimburse reasonable authorized standard return shipping and will pay standard shipping for the correct item.

When inspection confirms a covered defect, the FFS One-Year Limited Warranty applies. If a confirmed FFS error or covered defect requires the entire order to be returned, FFS will also refund the original outbound shipping charge.

Inspection and refund

Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, are incomplete, or are not in new condition are not eligible for a customer-choice refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and nonrefundable shipping charge. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Order cancellations

FFS supercharger kits are built to order. Cancellation charges depend on how far the order has progressed and are disclosed here so that the same rules apply consistently.

After payment capture and before production begins

A 4% cancellation fee applies. There is no free cancellation or grace period after payment is captured.

After production begins on a standard kit

A 10% cancellation fee applies, capped at $350.

For this policy, production begins when FFS starts picking, preparing, modifying, assembling, testing, or otherwise committing parts or labor to the order. FFS records this milestone with the order.

Custom supercharger kits

A 15% cancellation fee applies to custom work, capped at $550.

Custom work means a nonstandard supercharger kit developed through direct consultation for a vehicle or engine configuration that is not offered as a normal selection on the FFS website. FFS and the customer determine the required configuration through email or another direct exchange, and FFS creates a customer-specific draft order or invoice. Standard kits and ordinary website options are not custom work.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. The return provisions above apply instead.

FFS-caused delays or cancellation

The cancellation fees above apply to customer-requested cancellations. They do not reduce any right to a full refund when FFS cancels an order or when applicable law requires a full refund because FFS cannot ship within the promised timeframe and the customer does not agree to the delay.
